Your books stay on your PC
VSB Novella saves your books, covers and settings only on your computer, in the folder you choose (by default Documents › VSB Novella). We cannot see them.
When something is sent over the internet
- Signing in: your email and password are sent securely to veeerbooks.in to sign you in. Your sign-in token is stored on your PC, protected by Windows.
- Novella AI: when you ask Novella AI something, only what’s needed for that answer is sent — your question, the book details, and the chapter or passage you chose. It is sent securely to veeerbooks.in and processed by our AI provider to create the answer. Veeer Sukhadiya Books does not store your text after answering and never uses it to train AI or sells it.
- Usage counts: we count how many AI actions your account uses each day to apply your plan’s limit.
- Update checks: the app checks veeerbooks.in for a newer version, sending only the app’s version number.
- Publishing: files you upload to veeerbooks.in or Amazon KDP follow those websites’ own terms.
What we never do
No advertising trackers, no selling of data, no reading of your books, and no AI training on your writing.
Your choices
You can use VSB Novella without signing in (Novella AI is then off). You can sign out at any time in Settings, and delete books by moving them to the Recycle Bin. To delete your veeerbooks.in account, email veeersukhadiyabooks95@gmail.com.
Your responsibility
Only import, write and publish content you have the rights to. When publishing on Amazon KDP, declare any AI-generated content as KDP requires.
